Founded in 2001, Associazione Tessile e Salute (the Textile and Health Association) is a consumer oriented organisation, and has always dealt with eco-toxicology in the Textile and Fashion sectors, combining the skills of the Public System with those of the textile, leather and chemistry production processes.

The association is located in Biella, but its activity has national significance. Since the foundation, the organisation works with different subjects, always equally interested in safe for consumers designing, producing and selling textiles, footwear and accessories. Collaborations are conducted with business and consumer associations, institutions, health authorities, as well as research institutes.
