Santo Tirso Municipality, through INVEST Santo Tirso, in partnership with MODATEX – Professional Training Center for the Textile, Clothing, Confection and Wool Industry, promotes the 2nd edition of the Creativity and Innovation Sessions at the IMoD Incubator, at Fábrica Santo Thyrso, on the 17th, 24th, 28th and 31st of March, aimed at entrepreneurs, companies and other interested public from Santo Tirso and nearby territory, there is interest in the areas of CAD modeling, printing, and small textile production, in order to acquire knowledge and skills in techniques and technologies that foster creativity and innovation in the textile and fashion sector.

Regarding the Digital Modeling Session, taking place on the 17th March 17 (2pm – 6pm), it is intended that at the end of the intervention, participants will be able to identify the techniques of digitization, gradation, and execution of cutting plans using the CAD system of Modeling.

Regarding the Printing a T-Shirt Session, taking place on the 24th March (2pm-6pm), it is intended that at the end of the intervention, participants will be able to identify the equipment and technologies for the preparation of printing folders and the technologies for printing and apply the techniques learned in the printing of a T-Shirt.

Regarding the Creative Dressmaking Session, taking place on 28th and 31st March (2pm-6pm), it is intended that at the end of the intervention, participants will be able to develop creative dressmaking techniques to create unique and differentiating pieces.
