Impact on our world
In this context, CNA Federmoda organised Friday 15 September a discussion dedicated to those who want to know and delve deeper into the regulatory context and the trends that have and will have an impact on the world of fashion.
Today the challenge of the ecological transition is considered a priority in all companies, with no exception. From the forthcoming introduction of the extended producer responsibility (EPR) scheme for the textile-fashion-clothing-footwear and the obligation of sustainability reporting with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) up to the traceability systems required, A requirement by the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDD). There is also the need for eco-compatible design and production sanctioned by the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR).
Knowing the impact of these regulations, and how to meet the current and pressing needs of companies is vital. Especially for for smaller companies (as the SMEs) that has little margin in their operations. Read more about the presentation here (click).
