Digitalabel, is a Spanish project towards the digital passports. Creating a secure, decentralised, transparent and reliable digital technology for a more sustainable textile sector.
The DigitaLabel project contributes in accelerating the digital transformation of SMEs, through new technologies and promoting digital entrepreneurship. The project focuses on advising companies on the management and implementation of their digital transformation. This allows integration of digital solutions into the company, such as process automation incorporating advanced technologies (RFID, NFC i/o QR), and the use of disruptive technological solutions (IoT, Blockchain, cloud).
The main objective of the DigitaLabel project is to develop a flexible and versatile traceability system for textile products. It does this using of digital tools that allow the optimisation of human resources and raw materials used during the production and marketing process.
Expected results:
- an integrated digital traceability system for manufactured and marketed textile products
- design of a friendly and easy-to-use user interface
- incorporation of smart labels.
DigitaLabel is led by MODACC , and co-promoted by FITEX , Roberto Verino , Sepiia and Asecom . The project is financed by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism through the Innovative Business Groups support program.
