Its mission is to support young designers, startups, and emerging brands aiming to enter the wholesale and export markets. Do international guests attend your expos? If so, who typically participates?
Yes, both Trends Expo and Fast Textile are international events. We host exhibitors and visitors from dozens of countries – including Turkey, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Ukraine, the Balkans, as well as the Middle East and Asia.
Through cooperation with international partners, we organize national pavilions, helping exhibitors reach European buyers.
Our visitors are primarily representatives of retail chains, boutique owners, importers, and distributors. For them, our expos are key venues to find suppliers, discover innovations, and connect with industry trends.

How would you describe the current state of Polish manufacturers?
Polish manufacturers are currently in a very strong position. They are characterized by flexibility, high quality, modern technologies, and the ability to produce short series on demand – which is crucial in today’s fashion market.
We’re seeing growing interest in Polish producers from Scandinavia, Germany, and regions like the Benelux and France. Ptak Wholesale Center is home to many Polish brands that produce locally and are expanding their export activities. We support them through international trade shows, promotional campaigns, and buyer matchmaking initiatives.
What role does the Expo play in promoting circular solutions in the industry?
Both Trends Expo and Fast Textile are increasingly focused on promoting circular and sustainable fashion.
We feature dedicated zones for companies offering:
- recycled materials,
- biodegradable fabrics,
- low-impact technologies that reduce water and energy usage,
- slow fashion and made-to-order production models.
We also organize expert panels and educational workshops to support companies in transitioning toward circular business models. We believe this isn’t just a trend but a necessity – and our events provide a real platform for implementing these solutions.
You applied for ACTE membership – how do you see potential cooperation with our network?
For us, cooperation with ACTE and partners in Sweden, such as Borås, is a strategic step toward integrating into a European network of textile and fashion professionals.
We see great potential in joint educational initiatives, knowledge exchange, and in building shared sales channels for producers from Poland, Turkey, and Northern Europe.
Our ambition is to serve as a bridge between Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia – and through our events at Ptak Expo, as well as the everyday operations of the Ptak Wholesale Center, we have the tools and reach to make it happen.
