Native contest ACTE

Terms and conditions for participation

The contest is postponed until further notice, due to the pandemic. We will keep the same theme, as many of the applicant has declared their participation to the next time we conduct the design contest. Follow us on our social media for more information. ACTE is contucting a smaller version of the awards, within the Native project (read more here).

Participation in the contest is free of charge. By submitting the application documents, the applicant accepts the terms and conditions.

The designers commit when accepting the nomination for the contest to have their collection garments and photos completed by  as set last date.

The participant ensures that they hold all rights to the submitted documents and drafts of collections. Participants assumes liability that the contribution and the collection do not infringe the rights of third parties. If applicable, the participant will exclude the award’s organisers from any claims and possible costs, which may result in third parties claiming for damages due to law infringements.

Nominees commits to present three complete outfit for the final show. These will be exposed to the press, photo shoots, publications, etc.

The contestant could suggest music and styling. In the interest of the complete dramaturgy of the final show, the organisers are not obliged to accept the candidates’ suggestions for music and styling. The Art Director of “Rebelpin Fashion Awards by ACTE” will make decisions on these suggestions.

There is no guarantee on the provision of shoes; nominees themselves are responsible for this.

The organisers of the contest will ensure a professional presentation of the nominated collections and designers during the award show and at the jury meeting the day before the contest. No charges will be incurred for this.
