The company was founded over 40 years ago, immediately establishing itself in the creation and production of fashion fabrics. In 1999 it was acquired by a group of entrepreneurs from Prato who, together with the commercial technical director, founded the new company Texmoda Tessuti. With the restructuring and with a highly qualified staff, collaborations with the most important brands and large national and international purchasing groups are consolidated and expanded.
Texmoda Tessuti is now present in all world markets, thanks also to the collaboration with important representative studios and agents.

The production is made entirely in Italy, making use of selected external processes and using only the best raw materials. The strength of the company lies in the great flexibility, speed, punctuality, and quality of the products.

The technical capacity and know-how of the staff create new qualities and designs every day, giving life to fashion and trendy fabrics to meet the ever-increasing needs of customers.
Texmoda Tessuti is also very sensitive to issues of sustainability, ecology and respect for the environment. The constant commitment to the implementation of the quality control of raw materials and processes led in March 2016 to joining the Detox Prato Project of Confindustria Toscana Nord.
Texmoda Tessuti is present at the most important trade fairs in the sector with innovative samples of great fashion content, ready to interpret the trend of every single season.
