FITEX is the brand of the Private Foundation for Textile Innovation, a private non-profit organisation. The main objective is to promote the innovation process of the knitwear industry.

Since its creation in 2000, FITEX has become an R&D reference centre for companies, related to the textile/fashion/clothing sector. The mission of FITEX is to promote innovation in a broad sense, including product, process, management, knowledge and business strategy in textile companies.
